For me, the happiness is in small thingsâgood friends (supporting me in the hard situations), work that is connected with my development and improving, physical and mental health. These small things create something bigger. They give a meaning of my daily life. But, it's very hard to find balance between what happened outside and inside in you. I would like to introduce you, dear readers, my experience and mistakes, and life insights on the way through the bustling and hustling days! Let's make one discussion about happiness and how we could achieve it!

Understanding Happiness (What is it?)
Happiness is often perceived as a fleeting emotion, a momentary feeling that comes and goes. However, I believe it is more comprehensive than that. For me firstâhappiness is a sense of fulfillment that comes from inside. It is not only dependent on external factors but is significantly shaped by our mindset and perspective.
In my journey through life, I have learned that happiness is not about the grand achievements or material possessions. Instead, it is about appreciating the little things in life. A warm cup of coffee on a chilly morning, a heartfelt conversation with a friend, the pleasure of completing a hard task. All this can lead to a sense of happiness.
The Role of Relationships
One of the most significant factors to my happiness has been the relationships I build. For me good friends give support, joy and a sense of peace and security in difficult times. They remind me that I am not alone. They know the right word at the right moment. I prioritize these realtionships and know that they require effort and perseverance! I am very careful, when I maintain them because I know that building them is difficult and ruining them is very easy.

I had a time in my life when I was so focused on my career that I ignored my friendships. I was achieving professional milestones, but I felt an emptiness inside. It was only when I reconnected with friends and invested time in those relationships that I began to feel happiness again.
Finding Satisfaction at Work
Work is an important aspect of our lives. Finding satisfaction in what we do can have a major impact on our happiness. I always believe that work should be more than just about making money. It can also be a source of personal development and fulfillment.

In my experience, when I do work that reflects my values and passions, I feel more motivated and pleased. I've learned to search for opportunities that will challenge me and allow me to develop new talents. The search for improvement has not only helped my work life, but it has also added one new side to my happiness.
The Importance of Health
Physical and mental health are crucial to happiness. I understood that ignoring my health can lead to feelings of lethargy and unhappiness. Regular walks and balanced eating can build a routine that helps your health.

I remember a period when I was overwhelmed with stress and neglected my health. I was completely focused on my work. I felt drained and irritable, which affected my friendships and health. I understood that this is something wrong. After that I started to prioritize more on my health and my relationship. The communicating with people gives me an abundance of ideas for my work and also improves my mindset. I noticed a significant difference in my mood and in my life. Taking care of my body and mind has become a very important aspect for my happiness.
Balancing External and Internal Factors
How could I achieve happiness? How can I find the right proportion between the inside and outside? This requires a fine balance between outside factors and internal emotions. Life can be unpredictable and external influences can contribute to stress and worry. I understood that I can't control everything around me, but I can control my reactions and perspective.
For me, the positive mindset changed all! I've developed a more positive mindset by focusing on what I have rather than what I don't. Journaling helped me to appreciate the small delights and achievements in my life. Now I often remind myself that happiness can often be found in the ordinary.
Embracing Imperfection
I am one highly motivated person who strives for success. On my path to find happiness, I've learned something cool: it's okay not to be perfect. We often feel like we're not good enough because of the crazy standards around us. But I've noticed life isn't always smooth.
When I started to accept my weak points and mistakes, I started to grow as a person. Being happy isn't about being perfect; it's about being real. When I stopped trying to be perfect, I started to feel happier.
Setting Realistic Goals
Setting realistic goals has also played a crucial role in my happiness. I have learned that having clear, achievable goals gives me a sense of direction and goals. It's very important to ensure that these goals are connected with my values and contribute to my overall happiness.

In the past, I set high goals that often led to disappointment when I couldnât achieve them. Now, I focus on setting smaller, incremental goals that celebrate progress rather than perfection. This change in mindset made my journey through bustling and hustling days more enjoyable and fulfilling.
In Conclusion
Happiness is different for everyone. From what I've seen, it's often found in the simple stuffâgood friends, work that matters, feeling healthy and positive.
Finding happiness can be hard, but remember it's a trip, not a final stop. If you enjoy the small things, take care of your relationships and look after yourself, you can find more happiness in life.

When life gets very hard, don't forget to slow down, think about things and enjoy the world around you. Happiness is possible if you just keep an open mind and never stop trying and never give up!

Happiness is a very personal feeling, but I believe that it can improve your life. And what do you think about all this? Share your thoughts in the comments down below...
