Summer Vibes with Summer Activities! (Or, My Almost Crazy Search for the Ideal Summer.)😎🌞

Summer Activities-Explore and more... What is your favorite?

Summer. The word alone calls up visions of sun-drenched beaches, ice cream melting down your palm before you can even lick it, and the delicious, slightly burnt perfume of sunscreen. It's the season of the possibility of spontaneous adventures and of wildly attempting to pack as much enjoyment into three months as possible before the unavoidable doom of autumn arrives. My search for the perfect summer is a little unusual, to say the least.

First, there is the "Quiet Village with a Good Book" phase. I imagine that I'm moving to a charming village with blooming flowers and undulating green hills all around. I visualize myself lost in a captivating novel, the gentle breeze rustling the pages (and perhaps my hair). Reality? In reality, the "gentle breeze" is a group of rather aggressive wasps competing for my lukewarm tea. The captivating novel is repeatedly interrupted by the continuous bleating of sheep. Obviously, sheep have no concept of "quiet meditation." Lesson learned: rural idylls aren't always as idyllic as they seem.

The "Big City Cultural Immersion" attempt followed. galleries, museums, and the like. I see myself moving through sacred corridors with ease and taking in works of art with the elegance of an experienced art specialist. Rather, I struggle with crowds of people, accidentally bump into kids and avoid my desire to take a nap in the peaceful nook of an ancient Egyptian display (the air conditioning was amazing). The culmination? I unexpectedly come across a man who was talking to the point of exhaustion and explains something.

Food, wonderful food. I imagine the "Charming Restaurants and Pretty Cafés" period is a culinary roller coaster. I try cuisines ranging from exquisite to fascinating. One particularly memorable event is an appetizer that matched something I scraped from the bottom of my shoe. (The taste test result is a big "no". But what about the gorgeous cafes? Oh, the beautiful cafes are worth it. The coffee art is real and it's magical.

Tropical paradises. Ah, the dream. White sand beaches, turquoise waters and fruity cocktails with tiny umbrellas. The reality? A little less glamorous. Mostly, it involves avoiding aggressive seagulls, applying sunscreen every five minutes (I’m now convinced I'm mostly composed of SPF 50) and battling the intense urge to just
lie down and not move for a week. The cocktails, however, are excellent.

After that comes the "Snowy Mountains" adventure. Picture this: me, packed in layers upon layers of thermal clothing, attempting to ski down a slope that was less "gentle slope" and more "near-vertical death trap." Let's just say I spent more time lying down on the snow than actually skiing. The hot chocolate after this adventure makes it worthy.

Now, I'm painting a summer activities canvas! And also, what do you prefer? What is a connection between the shockingly good cocktails in the tropical paradise and the real, genuine excitement of discovering an outstanding café with amazing latte art? Maybe you could make a combination: a coastal café with skillfully created latte art and an endless supply of fruity cocktails.

If you ask me, honestly, I prefer interesting books in a quiet and silent environment. More people ask me, "Why don't you like hot beaches and blue sea waves, bustling promenades, discotheques and night bars?" This is not for me. Maybe I love very much learning and reading. This way I immerse myself in another world with amazing and impressive things. So I discover new horizons... And after that, of course, gatherings with friends, because real friendship truly matters.

Let's fully enjoy those sunny days together! â˜€ïžđŸŒŽ Share your favorite summer vibes in the comments! âŹ‡ïž
